720x480 resolution sounds about right.
Those connectors look about right.
That weight looks about right.
I'd go for it. Even if the resolution is that tricky thing where they double it on you, that's still 360 x 240, which is enough to display something like SNES just fine.

I saw that one and wondered the same thing. The companies that use the sony screens don't modify the board at all so the buttons stay in the same spot. It's cheaper for them to keep it the same and just put it in a different shell.
