I've been in contact with him. I'll be honest in saying he's either being an ass or just being lazy at this point. Otherwise, it's not my responsibility, it's none of ours. No one but the parties involved in any trade are responsible for any mishaps, which is why I'm wondering why this is at 5 pages.

Honor among moderators?

Regardless of responsibilities here, you've watched a fellow mod screw over a member here, and announced to everyone that you've been in communication with said mod, but since he is your friend you are leaving it at that. Why even mention that you talk to Josh outside of this forum if you won't make any attempt to help this poor guy out?

"Yeah, I could probably help you, but it's not my responsibility."

Think about how aggravating that is to many of us and especially the person who got screwed here.

ive done my part to tell josh that people were wanting him to finish some transactions, i talked to him briefly on IM and facebook mentioning this situation both times the fact that he did nothing to act upon it isnt my fault, just because i know him doesnt mean i can make him honor his end of the bargain

Exactly. And although Skyone may have channels of communication, it is up to CTF to keep them open. Both Triton and Skyone have said they will/have mentioned it to him, it is obviously on CTFs end.

He seems to be staying away from talking to me/others, I doubt a simple phone call will remedy that.

In short, don't blame the mods, they have done what they can.

Likewise, and I don't take well to people trying to put any blame on me in such a situation. I'm done acting as a spokesperson over something I have no control over.

EDIT: Thank you, palmertech.

Yeah, the mods are human. And CTF was always nice to me. :? I guess he's in a hole. So, use the boost to get through and get back here! :P

I wasn't trying to place any blame on you Sky, I was merely trying to figure out why it seemed you hadn't contacted him. You've made it clear you have though, and that is perfectly fine; the ball is clearly in CTFan's court.
