Awesome ideas guys! Too bad I won't be there this year... or ever.

I think you guys should take a lot of pictures and post them.

Could somebody set up a live webcam stream there, or maybe just a webcam that takes pics every minute or so?

It would be fun to watch. :P

Can't go this year, most likely, but next year is a distinct possibility.

My goal is to finish 6 projects before MGC this year!

The DCsnes
the GCP (2 years later  )
the "retroSNES"
the GBOsnes
Project Hack2X
the snes64 controller

plus myself, skyone, dragonhead and to a lesser extent marshallh and electric_rain are working on a secret project and hope to have a prototype ready to show off at the BHE :D

I might be able to go in 7 years. Then I'll be done studying and filthy stinking rich (due to being an engineer)

You just had to add that, didn't you? Are we a little homophobic?

Because without that disclaimer, the scenario would have looked like this:

Wow the show is now less than 3 months away!

I told a lot of people about it at MAGfest...

Ladies and gentlemen, our room has been reserved. Same hotel as last year (Ramada Limited in Waukesha, WI). Same kind of suite (no hot tub this year, sorry :P ). I think it has 2 queen beds, but the site was a bit conflicting. Total cost was about $315, so it'll run about $32 per person if we have 10 people in the room. If you are planning on going, please give me a holla (a PM) ASAP so I can change the reservation if needed. Let me know how likely it is that you'll be going, and the number of people you'll be bringing (including yourself)

For safety, I reserve the right to refuse to anyone (mainly those that only have a handful of posts... I'd like to keep this to people that are well-known and trusted). If you're not sure if you'd be allowed or not, and you want to go, don't be one bit afraid to ask!

I (probably) won't be staying at the hotel with everyone but would it still be ok I just stopped by and hung out with everyone for a while? I know I don't have many posts compared to many of you but I've been a member for a while, and no ones complained about me yet.

Yeah, that'd be fine. Even if you're not staying, however, I'd still like some contribution towards the room if you're going to be here.
