Let me guess, you want to disassemble an MP3 player, disassemble your favourite handheld/console, then integrate the MP3 player into the system.

I take it that from how you replied you didnt look at the page. On it its using a compactflash card to store the mp3s. I'd say $50 for a compactflash mp3 player is a great price as I see most for $80+ and then you have to pay for the card as well.

USB flash drives are different from Compactflash cards. I'd like to have a Compactflash mp3 as you can have several cars like a hand full of 64 mb one (which are last I saw like $15-20) and switch, while with a USB one your stuck until you get to a computer.

Works only for JumpDrive Sport
You would have to buy their jumpdrives.
Who else would I be?

check out the Yampp-7 www.yampp.com . i've ordered all the IC's as free samples, so all i have to pay for is the board (either the stuff to make it myself with the Uv method, or buy it from the shop) and resistors, caps, and a CF card. the total should be around $10 a player, then whatever i have left on a big ass CF card.
