I'm not sure I understand what you're asking for. If you're looking at a game cartridge, pin 1 is on the right hand side. Does this help?

Okay, then it would be on the front part of the connector, as I see it:

36, 35, 34 ... 3, 2, 1 (or if you prefer, pin 1 in the front right)

And on the back, the pins are, as it is facing me in this picture:

72, 71, 70 ... 39, 38, 37 (or if you prefer, pin 72 on the back left)

I hope this helps. If it doesn't, let me know, I can take some pictures of a cartridge and game PCB or something, help clarify how it hooks up, if it helps.
