How much would it cost for someone to make me a custom wiimote and nunchuck with Jimmy Carved in the side with green leds?

Bring it to your local mall. There is a kiosk there on the first floor, the kind in the middle of the hall. There is a man named Raul who sells ghetto jewelry there. Give him the Wiimote and ask him to engrave your name in it. He will charge you $5. Then, purchase the LED-modded guts from SS and put them in your new engraved case.

This quote is so true, and hilarious. I am considering sig'ing it.

To do what you want to do, you would need to drill out the letters for "Jimmy" in the side, then put an array of SMT leds behind a sheet of plexiglass, and put that behind the letter holes.

Seriously though, there is a store in your local mall that engraves jewelry with an engraving pen. It's basically just a fancy little dremel. They can do it cheap. (I was serious when I said $5)

If you do that, and then sand the inside of the wiimote under the engraving to thin the plastic, you can illuminate it.
