Ti regs: Not enough Ah, if I remember correctly.

Skyone, I think the adj pin gets the middle of the two resistors and the end goes to ground.

Yeah, I think I'm on the brink of powering this thing. Tomorrow I'll be testing, and maybe installing my modchip.

Ok, so my linear reg does not work right, i guess. It gets too hot. Skyone, what exactly did you do to get your GC to run with just one reg?

SS

EDIT: I mean the LMS1585 ADj one.

Just a quick update: I've got everything done with this, with exeption of powering it. I've got something in the mail that will fix that though...:D

A little bit of case work, and installing the final peice and I'm done, and will proudly take the titles of:
Most comfortable GCp
Best portable with controller halves

:D

I second that... I'm going for something small, but I think that it may not be all that comfortable...

And as for controller halves, there's only one other GCp with that, so I suppose it comes down to wether you prefer a bondo'd (its a word now) tupperware portable or a bondo'd wii shell portable
Cheers,

My Qoob PRO is in the mail...I cant wait to install it. From what I've heard it'll be much more useful than the SX.

Last night I installed a headphone jack(hugs LoB) while completly mauling my screen case, and the front plate of the wii. :P I mounted the screen into the case and put a spare front plate on. THe speakers are going to be a challenge as fa as placing them. This screw up has inevitably made it easier to finish my case.

Well, I installed my batteries today, and my portable is officially done.

Now then, I'm not posting up a single picture because I don't feel like having 15 different fags who have never made portables post and tell me that I need to start over just because they are not happy that my case isn't pretty and all they'll ever get from the subject is the eye candy, as none of them have the balls to do anything.

It works perfectly fine, and if I ever get around to fixing up the case for myself and at my leisure, I'll consider posting up some pictures.
