You need to sign up with a business-y email, pretend you're a company.
The email I used was Sparks.Electronics[at]gmail.com, and it worked fine.

Then all you need is a 100µF eletrolytic capacitor and a 2kΩ resistor, wire up as per Harshboy's instructions.
Oh wow, thanks, that's pretty sweet... so they don't actually check if you're a company? I guess they don't mind giving out samples, that's cool of them.

An official email address is as far as they check.
