Shopping List
I've been doing research before I buy everything for an N64p, and this is what I've come up with so far:
Feedback?
When it lists multiple things for the same purpose, I haven't decided which to use yet.
Screen:
Wii Intec 7"~ $50
PSOne 5.5"~$60
Power Supply:
$25x2 3.7V 5000mAh Li-Poly 95g 74 L x 64 W x 8.9

or
http://www.all-battery.com/37volt-5000m ... ycell.aspx
different dimensions, basically same battery
$40x2 3.7V 8000mAh Li-Poly 180g 156mm x 60mm x 8.5mm
http://www.all-battery.com/37volt-8000m ... ycell.aspx
$3.50 Charging Circuit

$20 Charger
http://www.batteryspace.com/index.asp?P ... odID=337Wo
Cooling:
$5 Slot Fan

$13 8xPin Heatsinks

So you know, I got that same fan for $4 and paid no shipping by getting it at Radioshack. Its a good fan, too. Quiet, and lots of flow. I could barely hear it when I did my main test to see if it would drown out any sounds. It did not.
The list looks nice. I thought I did pretty well with mine, but I guess not as I ran out of money to continue the project.

The list looks sufficient. Like valium said though, you realize the size of those batteries right? The second choice is HUGE. Im not sure if the screens your getting are widescreen, but if they are, the N64 image will be stretched and look weird on it.
Current projects:
Ultimate N64 Guide
N64 Portable (x2)
NES Portable

Are you asking if I know large their dimensions are. or how high their amperage is? I understand both.
I should be able to fit them in, and I realize they will last forever. I don't think 2-3 Hours means "portable". I want 5 hours, minimum.
Screens: The PSOne screen is obviously fine, I don't know the dimensions on the Wii screen. I'll check.

Anyone know the resolution of the Wii Intec screen? I couldn't find it.

There are 5 kinds, but they're actually all the same.
See how there's an "Add Free Sample to Cart" button?
Click it.
You need to sign up with a business-y email, pretend you're a company.
The email I used was Sparks.Electronics[at]gmail.com, and it worked fine.
Then all you need is a 100µF eletrolytic capacitor and a 2kΩ resistor, wire up as per Harshboy's instructions.
