Need help with my Saturn portable

Hello everyone, I'm new to the boards and didn't see a thread for the Sega Saturn so I decided to post this here. Yes, I'm attempting my first portable, after being inspired by Ben and all you on this forum. I have a saturn laying around so I decided to make it into a portable, hey if I screw up, it is just a saturn.
I picked up a copy of Ben's book, which is helping a lot. But I'm not sure about the correct voltage to use. I'm planning on using a sony type L battery 7.2v, but I'm not sure about the voltage requirements for the saturn and I couldn't find any info on this site. I hoped I would be able to tell by looking at the guts of the power supply inside, but it lists 3 different voltages on the dc output (+3.3v, +5v, and +9v). If anyone knows the voltage requirements or can decifer these pictures let me know. I would much appreciate it.

You're going to need a 9v battery and two regulators, one to 5v, and one to 3.3

The Saturn is probably the hardest system to portableize, even more so than the current gen. Good luck, we're all counting on you.

Actually, now that I think about it, I don't know if the Saturn has ever been done successfully.

The saturn is quite large. It would be easier to make a laptop. Although, people have actually made portables using the original xbox, so this is possible. And yes, nobody has conquered the saturn portable yet. good luck to you.

I appreciate all the well wishes from you guys. There is another thing I don't understand. All of the systems in Ben's Book all have positive and negitive leads to connect the power. This saturn motherboard only has positive that I can see, and three of them (9v,5v, and 3v) and 2 grounds. I'm stuck. If someone can help me on this I would appreciate it. See the pics of the motherboard in my above post.

ground is a different word for negative.
