Building A New Computer

Post by Harshboy »

With money I got from Christmas and money I will *hopefully* be getting from my Macbook (Currently at $755 on eBay) I am building a new Computer.

Newegg Wishlist

Parts
Case: NZXT Hush (Black)
PSU: Coolmax 950W Modular Power Supply
Motherboard: Biostar TForce P45
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 GHz CPU
Ram: 8GB of OCZ Fatal1ty Edition DDR2 1066 Ram
Graphics Card: Sapphire ATI Radeon 4870 Graphics Card

Total Cost: $808 Shipped (Awesome)

I'm stealing the Sound Card, DVD Burners, and Hard Drive from my current desktop.

Comments, Suggestions? How much will this thing pwn?

Here's hoping it turns out well. Then again, this is you we're talking about, so of course it'll turn out well.

So what OS will you be running?
'Cause if you're going to use a 32 bit one, you can't use all 8 gb of ram
