so i know that a NES laptop isn't done nearly as often as other systems, but here me out. I want to make it eee laptop sized because i want to leave the video out and controller ports still in tact so that i can use it as a regular system and play with my friends.
I have a pretty good idea on what i want to do and how to do but was looking for a little advice.
I want it to run on rechargeable batteries, maybe LiIon, but i also want to be able to plug it in when i want to use it as a normal system to play with my friends. how should i go about doing this?

I'm not really sure how to do this yet
but a regular ac adapter plug should already be able to do this
well correct me if im wrong but all female connectors have kinda like an on/off pin-out to them...one side could be for batteries and the other could be for a wall outlet
a simple thing to do is just take something apart that runs off of batteries or an ac adapter and look at the traces...you'll get an idea of what goes where
and if all else fails (doing it by yourself) search the forum or google it and I'm sure you'll find the answer
