Gamecube Disk Drive Problem

Hey i have another problem again

this time its with my freakin gamecube
the problem is that ive rewired the the disk drive
except for the laser and the gamecube tries to read the disc
but then it stops and says "NO DISC" and i noticed it didnt sound
like it should when it was loading....

Any ideas?

It wont read that a disc is there is the laser isnt rewired

anyway I supose he have the laser connected to the board with the default spin cable / connector.

try check the rewired connections with a multimeter, and when testing the system, make sure all wires and connectors are connected.

yh i rewired the spinner like you did kasar but i yh i'll check with a multimeter..
