Gameboy flash carts

I'd really love to try to do the Gameboy Pushpin synth mod(link), but I can't find gameboy flash carts or gameboy advance to gameboy jumper things. All of the links in that article are dead after I guess Nintendo went after the companies. Does anyone know where I could get regular gameboy-size flash carts for homebrew, rather than gba format?

There are a number of stores selling flash carts compatible with the old GB models. I recommend Nonfinite's. I've bought carts from Rob Webb and Nonfinite, but due to the cheap dollar, you're probably better off buying it from Nonfinite, especially if you're in the US, since buying from Rob would mean overseas shipping costs.

Also: Nintendo actually cares less about these systems because they don't make any money from them any more.

nintendo cares a lot. to this day they still try to sell a single NES game for like $40 on GBA (classic nes series) or Wii channel.

seems like every time i go to a Roms site its shut down, or has the good roms removed, zelda mario donkeykong and such

Thanks for bumping this thread just to leave a comment about ROM sites. Very useful!
That part of my reply was a comment to "All of the links in that article are dead after I guess Nintendo went after the companies." which is false nowadays. Regular GB flash carts stopped being profitable, which is probably the reason why there's only one Hongkong source for GB flash carts today (That I know of), HKEMS. It is true that N went after flashcart companies and even shut down Bung, but that can't account for all companies.

I am glad this got bumped, one of those sites had some info I needed.

You can also try finding a "GB Bridge", they let you use most older GBA flashcarts with GB and GBC.
