I haven't tried the Castlevania 4 intro's, I might later just to see what you mean.
Checked out the Chrono Trigger game and you're right, infinite. That makes me sad, now I'll just have to build a snesp to play CT on the road, that'll show em.
The contacts look nearly exactly the same as the contacts on my Tetris DS game, the Tetris one's look a little worse actually.
I'm just going to say I got lucky with mine. I might buy another one someday, and when I do, I'm gonna get your opinion on it :p

Actually, it has enough ram to run GBA games from the SD card, and it can run DS roms straight off the SD card.
Dont believe me? get a DSi and dry it yourself!
And my original R4.... it still works, even with the newer roms.
I have 2 cards for it, i 16gb microSDHC card and the other just a normal 4gb micro SD.
They both work fine, no lags ( except when you enable all the cheats on pokemon ) not even through chrono trigger. AT ALL
I only use the YS menu for 1 of my micro SD cards ( the SDHC one ) so i can boot GBA off my R4 with the slot 2 expansion on my Lite.
Before you ask, i have the EZ Flash 3-in-1 GBA Expansion

Acekard2i, and TTDSi.
Both provide no access to any of the "extra" features of the DSi (SD slot, cameras).
You can't boot DS Roms off of an SD card with the DSi.
R4 doesn't work with DSi either.
An ACTUAL R4 has NO SDHC support.
Most clones have terrible SDHC support, and can only be used up to about 4gb.
Some modern GOOD cards will work with all MicroSDHC cards, but not the R4, or any of it's clones.
You ought to stop talking.

It's a might bit annoying.
And you're going to gradually lose any and all credibility.

However, you also claim that you can run not only NDS roms, but GBA roms from the SD slot.
Since you like to be so helpful with your guides, perhaps I will follow your advice to "get one and try it myself". Of course, to try it, I would need someone who has done it to help me out. So tell me, HOW do you run DS roms off the SD card?
