converting power adapter to usb

I've been looking for a guide to switch a power adapter to usb.. Is there an easy way to do this? Does it matter the output or input? What im basically trying to do is take this headset

and be able to convert the big power adapter to usb so I can plug it in to the xbox 360 to power it on that way..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

How much power does the AC adapter put out? USB runs at 5 volts, and I think there's only 500mA per port (or per bus?) off the motherboard to use. (That's the output of most desktop PCs, I assume the Xbox would be similar.)

I figured it out.. I was trying to figure out what to do with the date wires..

Sorry, The USB port may give 5V, but USB ports only outputs 0.5A. This is half the amperage the adaptor gives out.

P.S: Red is +, Black is -. The green and white is isn't used.

Can you connect the two USB in parallel to get 1A, or will the controller bus yell at you? [I think this is what some 2.5" HDD enclosures do to have enough power to spin up the drives... or there's a buck-boost to raise the USB5V to 12V, but I haven't looked into enclosures in over a year]
