@VB_master, yea, that is legal.

I loved the whole commander keen series except commander keen dreams. That one was just too strange for words.
Who else would I be?

Actually, it's not. Copyright law allows for a single backup copy of a piece of software on the same storage type you purchased. So you could only legally do it if you but the backups onto floppy disks as well.

Yes, copyright law is stupid.

I know of no such restriction. If you consider the role that fair use played when people were recording radio with cassette tapes, it would seem that no such restriction exists.

But anyway: Who cares? Its not like you're selling it or anything. Besides which, all the keen games can be easily had at just about any given abandonware site.

WarioWare: the movie

PLOT: a million snippets of stories, each lasting about 5 seconds, flash on the screen one after the other. The clips get shorter as the movie progresses.

Hmm... I'll think about it. I'll just let them bit rot to death, since I can't play them anyways.
