Dumb Video Game Movies!

Post by benheck »

Ok so that's one of the more redundant things I've ever typed.

But with Spy Hunter (WHY?) and Doom coming out, there's no shortage videogame movies anytime soon!

Since it seems they'll turn ANY game into a movie, why don't we think of some that would just be RIDICULAS! (They'll probably greenlight them all) Or good even (That won't be greenlit:)

Requirements of answers:

Game/Movie title (natch)
Basic plot
3-4 main stars (must use actual actors)
Movie Tagline (has to sell the movie and sound "cool")

Have fun!

Defend Earth from the evil invaders by shooting through your own shield!!

As far as the original mario game goes, Ron Jeremi makes a much better Mario:

Yeah, but Danny is short, and he seems to get angry pretty easy, and Bowser doesn't want an angry Mario...

Maybe it should be about the Original Mario game, you know, the one included inside of Super Mario Bros. 3?
(Oh yeah, and that game would be almost as bad as a pong movie :P)

This movie would be great. I love Commander Keen... games, and own all the games (although 1 of my floppy's has DIED! ) I run XP, which is a problem, unless I use DOSBox, or use an older computer.

Is it legal if I burnt all of the floppy disks to a CD, and kept it around, so I still have them, even if my disks all die? Since I use XP, could I use DOSBox to run them (I have done this in the past, just I have switched computers).
