Yeah, music can be kinda, obvious. Look it up, and you may not find a musical definition, but it means exactly what it says.

I'm thinking by sultry, the music is meaning to play it a bit more on the slower side...

Perhaps the sound is simliar to what you hear in movies, when a woman is appearing on screen, and you hear a saxophone tune playing. Something like that maybe.
