Whos having trouble with Playstation Home??

I keep getting timed out with this message

"Request timed out

/HUBPS3_SVML/unity/eulaCheck.jsp"

I wanna so bad but it wont let me

I dunno how you worked that one out lol, Home is free.

And yeah, it wasn't working for nearly everyone yesterday, not had much problems today.
