xbox laptop

im new to this and was wondering how hard is it to actually make a xbox 360 laptop i have taken them apart and put them back together but never to this extent so should i try and attempt to pull it off or do something easier

and how much would it cost to do this excluding the cost of the xbox i dont need windows or linux
on the xbox laptop i just want a tv built into it so i can take it on the run but i do want it in a different case not just an xbox case
