$$$ HELP $$$$ mini 360 snes controller

ok I have taken apart an old snes controller and my madcatz mini 360 controller.

i had a hard time removing the left analog stick and it broke it.

how much for someone to put the 360 mini into the snes?, i also need the trigger and shoulder buttons put on the face to help me play games being a disabled person (i can only use my thumbs)

I would also be willing to trade services, i'm a web designer and an artist.
