Should I upgrade my Graphics Card or everything?

upgrade the graphics card and you should be fine.

Upgrade to the 9800 GT only if you are certain that your PSU can handle it, if it can't, a 8600 GT isn't bad at all and they are only like $60-80 now.

It's what I have and it plays all the games I play at full detail on 1280x1024 (Which is actually a lower resolution than most nowadays)

I've been searching on Newegg for parts to build a new computer for myself and for the best price:performance ratio I picked the follwing on this Wish List: The Cheap Beast

Newegg is starting to REALLY pi** me off with how they deal with shipping, I hate this switching back and forth crap they pull, They mostly ship by UPS, but They have repeatedly shipped by DHL (They would use DHL to ship it from NJ to Kentucky, then give it to UPS then up to Ohio whre it is delivered to me. They are now going to fedex on me, and both items say shipped, but only got 1 Tracking number and it doesnt show me a damned thing, and the other thing I ordered says it shipped with no Tracking number at all.

Not to mention Newegg"s Rebate system blows big ones.
