Indeed. Getting parts in Germany is really a piece of cake. We have so many different suppliers too!

Eh, barely...

They have some basic stuff, and some neat kits for beginners.
But really, they only have the most basic of components.
Common ICs (555 timer, etc.), Resistors, Capacitors, Switches, Connectors, Wires, Solder, Soldering Equipment (some).

Personally, I only use Radioshack for stuff it'd be stupid to order.
"I need 3 Resistors! I could go online, pay 30 cents plus $10 shipping... Or pay $4 at RadioShack. Hm...."

Both. But these aren't just trash cans you'd be looking in. We're talking places that would throw out useful stuff.
