couldn't tell ya. It appears the battery is bad and it wont turn on and it has no charge left... sorry. :( It does have a light button, though idk if its front or back. :?:

If its one of the original ones, then it has a frontlight. If it has the newer, brighter light, its a backlight.

I didn't buy this new. I got it as a toss in at a garage sale a month or so ago. Also, if my memory serves correctly, isn't the new brighter screens only in that metallic pink and very light blue almost silver SP's?
