Thanks jleemero!
Ok, Tibia, if you can confirm 100% that the script is safe, doesn't introduce any holes or breaches or whatever, that is fine by me. Is it just then case of running the script once??

No, it'll be running every time you click on one of the old links. The script changes what your computer does when you click the link. It can't change the text of the link in the post itself.

The script, being a Greasemonkey script, runs in the background every time any page starting with "forums.benheck.com" loads.

It goes through the page, looking for any links formatted somewhere along the lines of "benheck.com/phpBB".
If it sees one, it removes the "phpBB" part, and appends "forums." to the beginning.

It's completely safe, have no doubt :P

It's worked on every link I've tried thus far.

A lot of the stickied threads in the n64 section were unneccessary. As such, only the real info stickies remain. If you ask nicely, maybe a mod will post a link to your thread in the main info section. :D
