I honestly thought Gump-in-space's forumn was better, but I think the only thing wrong with yours is the fact that it isn't very colorful or eye-appealing .

his is grey with a little bit of orange...how is that more colorful than black with some blue?

If you want to beat him instead of being the bigger man and putting an end to the ridiculous internet slash real life drama, get a generic free host and put up your own forum with the PHP files and stuff.

I really find it funny there is a argument over forums. And it's not even a valid one. It's more a who's looks the best, and really it's become a pissing match.

Forums are a place to share idea, plain and simple. They don't have to be pretty. Look at this forum, we still use the default theme and color. Why do we use Benheck forums? Well I'd guess because it has all the people we like to communicate with firstly. Secondly is the like others' said, the color scheme is easy on the eyes.

I'm going tell you why blue on black is a bad idea. If the blue is too dark the eye has trouble seeing the letters clearly and so you have to squint to see them. It puts strain on your eye, as well the blue is bright in light factor but not color. Try using a contrasting color combination, rather then a complimenting one. It will be easier to see, easier to read, and people will want to stay on the forums.

Other then that flip a coin and get the choice over and done with. It's really silly that no real money has been invested, only time. One of you should cut their loses and work on what's there and what's working for now.
