If you mean just to connect to another nearby DS, no. If you mean WiFi as in internet, that is not yet supported by Nintendo.

yea, and as far as I've read in other forums, it will be free, you just need to supply the internet ..and its the same deal for the "Revolution" when it comes out

Surely you mean internet connection? Not many people would have the petabytes of storage needed to store the internet.

Download the entire Internet to a computer... if you had enough hard drive space, or on a cd, someone could do, THE INTERNET!!! On a Petabyte DVD!!!! Coming soon, in 2055!!! When its possible!
