Interesting idea, but I'll pass. I'm a Church Musician. I get an overdose of singing Christmas stuff every single year.

That's good stuff right there. I'm trying to restore the old vic that belonged to my grandparents way back when...it's in pretty rough shape...might take a while.

the reproducer and mainspring are the only real points of concern, the springs get gummed up with old oil and grease and they can be under A LOT Of tension so be careful, soaking the assembly in some kind of mild solvent then reoiling it would be a good bet, and you can get replacement mica for the reproducers on ebay

Count me in, I haven't been doing singing lessons all this time for nothing!

Not decided on a song... May it be written by me, or must it be an established song?

Hey, I still have your recording from last year attempt at this. It's here somewhere because I've played somewhat recently. When I find it, I'll add it to the Album!

And palmertech, if you want to write you own Christmas song for this. I have no objections to that what so ever. Matter of fact it would be awesome to have a Exclusive Christmas song if you chose to write your own song.

My song shall be an epic to remember!
