Help with snes controller pins

I copied this image from Ben's book i am trying to make a schematic out of it and this is the last part i need. I cant figure out what pin that's supposed to go to. can anyone help?

Here`a schematic, so you can figure out....

According to your pic that`s the vcc for the ICs - +5v....

This is a particularly frustrating way to make a working SNES pad. Just take a SNES pad apart and do some SMT soldering.

it is very frustrating indeed. It's not really all that complicated, it's just a lot of wiring. I guess it depends on how good you are with SMD

well my portable is gonna be graded since im doing it for school so the more handmade it is the better. well thanks i figured out wich pin it goes to.

Well, soldering all those legs to a tiny SMD chip shouldn't be unimpressive either

thanks i really appreciate the help. if for some reason it doesn't work with Ben's design then ill use the schematic misjah gave me they r actually rather different but from experience i with other electronic circuitry theres always different ways to do it. i dont want to overpost and fill the forums so i hope you'll visit my other post and help with that stuff.
