I could give you the running config dump of one of them though. If all else fails I guess I could try and work on the DNS server to get the gateway discovery working right :)
A config dump of both would be preferable. The easiest way to do this would be if a routing protocol of any kind was running on the main gateway, then you could simply enable that routing protocol on the other one and its routes would propogate the main one. Without that the DNS thing is probably what you need. Honestly though, I don't know why a network would be designed quite like this... hmm.... more information on the topology might be usefull. I'm assuming that the main router is connected to a switch which connects all the hosts on the one network, and the other router is also connected to that switch with its own switch and connected network behind that?

Is this in a lab? If so, then you might just want to try enabling RIP on the second router, RIP is often used in small lab setups because its rediculously easy to setup.

I do have RIP on the 2nd router, and everything is routing correctly, it's just that no clients notice that the router's a gateway, they just see that it's another client. Seems like the DNS entry would be my best bet though :)

Sounds like the other router isn't running RIP then. Yeah, the DNS thing is probably your best bet.
