Whoa, was the name calling really necessary? That just makes us look like jackasses

This Thanksgiving thread is kinda fail, but I don't want to start another one, so let me just turn this thread into the following question:
What did everyone do this Thanksgiving?
Personally, I hate Thanksgiving... AKA the day where Americans celebrate The White Man infecting the Indians with various diseases not previously a present in this land by starving themselves through the majority of the day, only to commit one of the 7 Deadly Sins (gorging) later that day... And for as long as it takes to prepare, the food's not even that good.
Such a critical view, don't you think? I'm proud of it.
Anyway, for my Thanksgiving, I suddenly got the urge to play... Lemmings...
But, my primary and secondary computers were both occupied by other family members, and my tertiary (Comes after secondary; bet you didn't know that...) computer has been working for several days repairing a bunch of damaged sectors on a friend's hard drive... But, I wanted me some Lemmings.
So, I spent yesterday building a forth computer inside an old 5-DVD changer player case with some spare computer parts, and setting it up on the floor in the corner of my room with a crappy old CRT monitor, a keyboard whose origin I have no insight as to, and a serial mouse that was made before I was born.
I didn't have a spare hard drive, and my Knoppix LiveCD won't run with only 64MB of RAM, so the best I could do was DOS anyway... so, after some fooling around getting the mouse to work, I popped in a DOS floppy, booted it up, downloaded Lemmings onto another floppy... then I had to go eat Thanksgiving dinner... right before I was about to play.
But, I'd be d@mned if I wasn't gonna have me some f**king Lemmings that day!
So, I came back to it after dinner, played the first level, and failed miserably at it, several times.
Turns out I'm not that good at Lemmings.
What's YOUR Thanksgiving story?

I worked for a while, slept for a while, went to my parents' for dinner. One of the "guests" this year was a druggie gone clean who spent the entire evening telling us about the guy who died in his old apartment complex and wasn't found for a few days.
After that, I went home, drank, and watched a movie.

Heres what I did for thanksgiving. Usual family gathering with food and such in Washington DC (perfectly fine) We get to my sisters house and we are sitting around for awhile. Then my sister gets a call. Turns out her car was stolen, joyrode in, then dropped off on the other side of town. We then had to go pick it up. My sister is new to the area, so we get majorly lost, then have to get the officer to escort us to the car in a convoy. Then we get there, we have to take the cars back. Its me, 17 years old with a junior liscence in NY, my sister and my dad, who is absolutely terrible with direction and navigation. So my sister goes with my dad, and I follow along, illegally driving, without my licence, as its back in my sisters house. So then we drive in a convoy, completely confused to where we are, we end up going down a one way street the wrong way, and generally just getting completely in the way. So we get back to the house, and we turn off the car using a screwdriver, and we still here a motor running... Turns out the car next to us has been Hotwired also, in the same way, and the stereo stolen. So we called the police multiple times, waited 45 minutes and they never showed up. Then me and my dad said screw it, went to 711 and got a late night snack. So I had a lot of fun last night.
