Xbox 360 Hard Drive Problems

Lets just say that my Xbox "fell" a.k.a. my mom was moving furniture and dropped it and now the HD doesn't work. Any ideas for fixing it? Or for somehow getting the information off of it and onto a new one?
EDIT: Ok now its working some of the time so i can access my files but I still can't save.

The standalone 120GB drive comes with a transfer cable that will allow a one-time transfer of your old data to the new drive. Though with the old drive having been dropped, there's no telling if the transfer would actually be successful.
