Those would all work, but not for nearly as long as you'll want. Look for something with 7.2-7.4v and >3000mAh. Remember that you can buy individual cells as well, Ni-Mh are 1.2v per cell, Li-ion/poly are 3.7v per cell.

Anything under 8v will be safe. I had my PSOne screen (Uses same power PSOne does) running off 9v for a few months before it finally decided to bite the dust.

i know im sounding like a 'i dont know anything', but i dont have to much experience with batteries. so does having more voltage or whatever its called mean more battery time? how much battery time is 3000 mAh?
