um, to answer your question exploding.monkey, not really, for the PSP analog sticks, all you need to do is pull off the knob... the PS1 analog sticks? not so easy....

wait a sec. you mean for the PSP analog sticks, it just pops off?!
(cuz thats the same for ps1)

the knob of it yes, but the whole thing no.

to get the whole thing out you need to open the case....
