polymer li-ion battery pack con. help 2!

ok I got this diagram from chev (lovablechevy) and I was wondering, on her PCB with the 7805 does it has any resistors or anything connected to the back? or it is just connected like that, thnx.

So is this correct?


and also is the power goin from the battery pcb connected properly to the custom cpb with the 7805 chip?
PS. I have no clue into mod, or anything, this is my first project. Im trying to make a portable snes. and im not surre but I read on the forums, some one battery exploded, and i dont want that to happen
