11ft hoping to get at least 12 this year
last year I was getting to much bend out of a 160 12ft pole, but wasnt big enough to use a 175 pole we have. I got a bit bigger/fitter and hopefully I can actually get into the pit with it

how about you?

wow, im getting way more sports then i expected. i sorta thought to see posts like

"well, ive been in the Pro leauge in the NPAA ( National Portableizing Association of America) for about 3 years now ad have about 2 MVP awards ( bet you can guess what that stands for) so far"

Nice. Does your school have any longer poles?

How long have you been pole vaulting?
My "official" personal record is 12'6" on a 13 foot either 170 or 160lb pole. I would have done better if I didn't develop a bad habit of watching the bar as I go up and deciding if I would be able to clear it or not. Thats pretty much what kept me from clearing 13 feet at state on my 14 foot 150 pole.

I absolutely love wrestling. And I dont get why people think its not hard. Its the toughest sport you could possibly do in high school. my friend said that football is way harder and I was like yea right ask your coach, he was a wrestler who won CIF and hes like fine. he comes back to me and hes like, youre right, coach said its like a million times harder. i think ive made my point

That was the closest thing to playing any sports while in school that I ever got to.

However, I do enjoy watching good ol' american football--go Packers! LOL

Then I do drumline, and im white! and the only freshman on the "team"

Its a "Sport" because you have competitions, during sports etc.

Every respectable High School Marching Band does competitions. There are state champions every other year in Texas where I live.
