I struggle to work out ocassionally.

I have difficultes playing sports or doing physically-intense tasks now since I don't happen to be in as good shape as I used to be, mostly down to damaging both of my knees, and nearly getting hooked on drugs

Walking laps around the house. The treadmill works too, but it's really boring.

We have a path going around the house now, it's about 1/10 of a mile. (According to my bike odometer anyway.) 20 laps every couple days.

I am a contractor so my work is physical enough for me. I do concrete, carpentry, plumbing, heating and cooling, roofing, electricity, you name it. Sometimes its gravy work, sometimes its very physically strenuous. No sports for me (hate sports).

I too lift a lot of weights, usually in the gym 5 times a week. V.Interested in bodybuilding. Been doing it for 2 years.

However, with school and the likes, haven't had much time!
