You might be able to file a complaint or something like that to ebay I don't know if they'll take action/help you in time, but i guess it's worth a shot

I don't get it. If you bid on something, the description can't be changed only added to. If you bid on something more than once, especially if its the same item and bid, you'll get an error...

Best thing to do is (I've done this) hope that someone snipes you and you lose the item. Unless you bid $50 and the minimum was $.99.

Though, I wouldn't mind Road Runner for the NES... Tell you what. If you end up with things you don't want, go through my FT thread and I'll gladly take 'em off you hands.

The description was changed from an almost stock NES to, all most stock nes with no power adaptor, controllers, Cartridge door(My main reason for buying) and no guarntee it will work.

If he changed the description on the product you bid on, then just don't pay.

I still don't think it's possible. I've been buying and selling on ebay for years. The only way the description changes after you bid on something is in the form of an edit that appears below the initial description stating "Seller add the following information on mm/dd/yy"

If there is a significant change for whatever reason, at the bottom of the page there should be a link to report a problem.

You only have to pay for what you expected you were getting. If you bid, and he changes what he was selling, he can't make you pay. It's the same as if your friend wanted to sell you a car. You agree, but before you hand him any money, he turns around and says, oh wait, I forgot, I'm not selling you the hood, the doors, or any of the seats. Think you're still going to pay the same amount? Or buy it at all?

It *is* possible that he updated it, but you did not refresh your page - inbetween the time you hit "confirm bid" and saw that the page had changed, he might have updated it.

This is highly unlikely though.

That game is actually kind of decent, it's pretty much a biblical version of Doom.

You can just not pay. Don't feel obligated. Leave him negative feedback, he CAN'T give you negative feedback, they made it a rule recently. You can also message the seller and he may retract your bid.

Haha, yeah I think so. I'm pretty sure the AVGN took a dump on it or something else destructive.
