It's one of those things that I'd only purchase if I had to. I do admire it though, but for $5000+ I'd just prefer to have a car or a better home.

I couldn't agree with you more. I kind of enjoy searching for games I'd actually play to collect. Still, though, this is a hobby, not a life.

I started to try and get every Dreamcast game ever made since its only like 250 games, but i was to lazy to even buy them I just burnt like 60. :roll:

People with more money then brains.

I truly admire anyone that would work to have a 100% complete collection of all games produced and sold for the NES. But it's not something most of us would work towards getting.

Really if I have the know how and the equipment I would start going out and buying individual games just to rip them and run them under an emulator... or that cool gadget that Horton made to pipe data to an NES from computer. That would be about the best use of a collection like that... because there are no where near 100 games for the NES I could want to pick up and play any given day of the week.
