Has anyone installed and ran a differnet GUI on windows. Sence Saturday when our teacher quized us on what OS we were looking at I've been interested in putting a second GUI on like KDE. If not to smooth my transition over to linux then just to mess with anyone that want to use my computer without asking.
I've looked at a site about intalling CYgwin, then installing KDE on top of that. Is this the only way or the best? Heres the URL if anyone wants to look, http://www.devhood.com/tutorials/tutori ... ial_id=588
