WTB: FC TWIN/ 2.5" LCD/etc.etc. SNESpII!

Post by Kurt_ »

Well I think if I can find the parts cheap enough I'll make myself another Super Nintendo portable, this time for keeps.

What I need:

Everything except the batteries and case.

This includes:

-SNES Controller (or two.)
- FC Twin/Retro Duo/Other SNOAC
- 7.2V Li-Ion Charger/Protection Circuit (Maybe, I have some old PSP circuits that MIGHT work)
- 2.5"-3.5" LCD (must be thin. Hipgear, maybe?)
- Audio circuit (If not included with the screen)

And anything else I might need, if it's overlooked.

I'll only buy if it's cheap. Make me some offers, I'm in Canada so if I buy in the next few weeks I could be ready to start come Christmas/Exams.

I have a 3 inch pocket tv-Thin
Everything possible rewired on it is already done so Headphone, volume, AV, Contrast
The only problem, is that the contrast knob is gone-Should be easy to replace though

I can sell-Bought for $60
Or trade for some unlicensed NES games(And licensed Pac Man)
I could also use a quick $40 right now-Ebay problems
Yes I kinda forget to hit . hard and came out as me paying a lot more then I wanted

This screen is SUPER thin. With the case on it is a tad thinner than a closed ds lite.

I was hoping for something 2.5-3".

And I was hoping it'd also have on-board audio.

I'm trying to keep things small.

Sony: Not really interested. And, to put it blunty, it's because you're new at this and I don't trust your skill modifying electronics. Also, the price tag is probably what I'd want for a new, good screen.

Did you ever see my Computer in a ps2 case?
Atari portable made in 5 hours?
I also rewired a Snes cart slot
And the know was destroyed by me stepping on the knob when it fell off the table and I was looking for it

And that sort of carelessness with electronics is why I won't buy it from you.

Trust me, it's nothing personal. I'd just rather buy off an older member I know. And for me, that age of member would be from back from when I was making/finishing my first portable.

I have a hipgear screen, I don't know if I want to sell it right at the moment, might have a use for it soon. But I'll let you know.
