Hi
I got a new(used) game gear but the only thing that happens when I switch it on it beebs and colors are flashing over the screen
What Can I do??

Well, if I don't know what's wrong with a system, the first thing I normally do is shake it gently(and listen for any sounds indicating a loose piece of metal shorting stuff out like my laptop had before I fixed it).
Next, I systematically clean it and then disconnect and firmly reconnect any possible connectors.

Open it up and see if there's anythging obviously out of place in there. If something is in there like a screw or a Dorito, it could cause havoc with the internals.
(For example, one time I got a stereo reciever for free because it did not work. I just had to re-solder a couple capacitors.)
