Just to interject.
I'll eat anything once unless its an organ (Although chicken heart is DELICIOUS). I tried liver once, and promptly spat it back out and drank a 16-ounce cup of water followed by a half-cup of maple syrup directly form the bottle... THAT will get rid of that nasty liver taste.
If I don't like it, I don't eat it again.
I'll eat most veggies, most meats, most fruits... I love Ramen, which is technically not healthy, but who the hell cares...its Ramen! Lobster rocks, I'll eat steak any day, hamburger with MKPO, toasted cheese sandwiches, gulash, chilly, Kung-Pou chicken (Home made, biatch), Cantonese pork (Also home made), Rock soup... list goes on.
I also eat some junk food. You know....gummi worms....donuts...jelly beans...Stuff like that.
My suggestion would be to force yourself to eat healthier. You'll eventually like it because your body will crave it.
My taste buds don't appear to be maturing...

Their 'Sandwich Sprinkle' blend is good on just about everything, and we like using their 'Chicago seasoning' as a steak dry rub. (Apply spices and Worcestershire sauce and seal in a ziplock bag the day before you grill it. Make sure you stab the meat a lot with a fork before you do this, to help it absorb the sauces.)
Generally, my culinary skills top out around pasta and prepared frozen meals.
(And leftovers.)

The trick with liver is to grind and season it. (Essentially making liver patties.) It's a lot better that way.HBN wrote:I'll eat anything once unless its an organ (Although chicken heart is DELICIOUS).
