I'm currently working on a mini version of Hack-A-Day's graffiti wall. Mine is 4x4 squares and 8x8 inches. It is not going to be networked, it will just run stuff from my home computer.

My soldering iron got confiscated by the porters in my Uni halls, so no modding for me until Christmas. Really wanted to finish my NOAC portable

Oh well, started my PSone mod (in the PS1 forum here). I have a fair number of projects to do over the next year or so. Problem is that although I finish a system, I get tempted to move to the next one before completing the add-ons for the ones done. Have 6 plug'n'plays to finish yet, and a few console systems to add to my other project; hey, never mind; lets start a separate PlayStation portable anyway!

After made two gamecube portables,I think its ok/enough for me,at least for the moment.
meanwhile I can try some small hacks/mods to misc stuff. (Due I found make portables a bit extresing , expensive & frustrating),I´m also short of time due school. Anyway I will try to transmit my GC hardware knowldgement to the newcomers by a guide I´m doing at the Gamecube section.

Anyway I hope return to the portables way into a few time

I also want to say: I´m very thankfull guys, I learned a lot at this comunity and I also was meet here some good people here, I will not forgot it

I have almost everything I need to work on a XBox360 Laptop now. All I need pretty much is some discs for my dremal, a case (gotta look in the store for one big enough), and scrounge around for a keyboard.

Mine is gonna take longer than you can imagine because I am in Iraq doing my tour right now so time isn't something I get too much of. And if you are a doubter, I can easily put your foot in your mouth really fast and post up proof. ;-)

Anyways, once the PX gets more briefcases, I'm ready to rock really, I can start placing things around and get pictures too for you all to drool over. :-p I'm talking too much crap on that one, but, yeah, just time is my enemy right now.

I don't normally like random chatting, so I never saw this thread till now.

I'm doing my n64 portable and then I'm just brainstorming on a secret project that I have the parts for but haven't started. The second will be the awesome one. A completely unoriginal portable with a twist.

I'm making my custom GH2 guitar...I have the body hlaf way done..I hit a snag on the soldering..and I destoryed a lot of copper traces..so I have to wire directly to the FFC now..oh yay!

Also I'm still trying to get enough money to fund my NESSP project....I know a perfectly good way to cheat some extra space...maybe even add a cart slot..depening on how small I can get the NOAC...

and then A GCN lappy when Electic rain sells his DD drive Kits...

Gonna start a N64p using Bacteria's guide. Though I worry that his is way too big for my case. Zn-45 thanks ShockSlayer for the info.

After:

Another one for my best friend who gave me his N64

GCp or PS2p cause they are systems I barely ever play

Also if anyone has any tips on what and where to buy tools that would be appreciated.
I haven't been here in awhile, and looking back it's one of the worst ideas I ever had. I'm back and I'll be here for awhile, I was quite active 1 year ago and I hope to become that again.

Working on a NESp type device...I'd have a progress log, but I lack a camera. As soon as I have a good camera, I'll post some info 8)

Planned- The Provocatively Named pNES. Actually, I'll probably call it PortaNES, because I plan on playing it in public.

I'm still trying to decide between a Yobo FC and DealExtreme screen in a software case (like a DVD case but way thicker) or an original NES and PSone screen in a larger case. Ben's book is on the way right now. I actually got the last copy amazon.ca had!
