this can be fixed easly, get a broken old radio or something that use a dc- jack, then desolder it, buy a cheap multicharger adaptor (low mA chargers are arround 8$), and get a dc charger head (from the multicharger) that works/fit with the old radio dc-jack, now desolder the broken ps2 dc-jack, and solder the old radio dc-jack, if the solder point is a bit broken, rasp a bit the trace to get a new soldering point and solder the new dc-jack, then get the dc head that you got from the cheap multycharger and attack it to the ps2 power suply, make sure the voltge poles are correct (if you wire them at the wrong position you system will may stop working forever).

this shouldt be a problem, this text is basically to replace the dc port and the dc conector easly without much money. if your ps2 dont have more damaged areas this should fix your problem
