Free PC / Mac stuff, plus other stuff for sale!

Post by Foxhack »

All the hardware's been cleared out so far. Thanks!

Now onto the other stuff. I've got some old Mac and PC games I would like to give away (or sell for a cheap price.) Here's the initial list:

-------FREE STUFF-------

-=DOS/Win 3.1=-
# Windows 3.11 Upgrade Package (floppies) - brand new and sealed, requires Windows 3.1 for installation
# Powerhits: Movies (four classic DOS games) - damaged box, includes all manuals. One disc is corrupt. :\
# A-10 Tank Killer Version 1.5 (Complete in box, some box damage)
# Crisis in the Kremlin (Brand new and sealed, includes book on Russian History)
# Flash Traffic: City of Angels (RealMagic version, requires RealMagic MPEG card. Like new, opened, box a bit crushed.)
# Their Finest Hour: The Battle of Britain (Missing code wheel, otherwise complete)
# Heroes of the 357th (Complete in box, some box damage)
# King's Quest V: Absence Makes the Heart Go Yonder (Boxed VGA/EGA floppy version, with hint book + marker, no manuals)
# Stellar 7 (Floppy ver, CIB, some shelf wear)

-=Windows=-
# EA Sports Collection (Madden 97, NBA Live 97, Baseball 97, complete in box)
# Everquest Trilogy (Everquest + Ruins of Runark / Scars of Velious expansions, still sealed)

-=Mac:=-
# Macplay Classic Collection (Risk, Monopoly, Scrabble - in floppies, large box, complete and heavy)
# Space Madness (Asteroids-like game, complete in box)
# Battle Beast (complete in box)

-------STUFF FOR SALE-------
# Club Nintendo Magazines - These are issues of Mexico's official Nintendo magazine. I have several from pre-N64 and early N64 era, about two years worth. I'd like $1 per issue plus shipping (which has to be Parcel Post because my postmaster won't let anyone use Media Mail.) All issues are in great shape, but of course, they're in Spanish...

Anyway. If you're interested, please reply or send me a PM. Thanks.

Actually, those have already been claimed too. :)

Man, I should've charged you guys money for the stuff! :P I'll be PMing everyone within the next couple of hours. I REALLY appreciate this, because I hate to see good hardware and games go to waste!

That said, would anyone be interested in old PC and Mac games, also for free? I'm also trying to sell older gaming mags. I dunno if this is allowed since I'm new here (and I'm trying to clear out space at home, so!)

Not at GameTZ. I've been trying to give away lots of older PC and Mac games for months and nobody wants them!

This is older Mac stuff - pre OS7! If you have a system that can read that stuff, then sure, you can have them. I don't have a list at the moment but I remember having these Mac games:

Battle Beast
Space Madness
Macplay Classic Collection (Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble)

I'll dig up the freebie list and post it later tonight. :) And if you have a mac that can read 800k floppy disks, I'm going to need your help getting some files off some floppies. I'll keep in touch.
