WTB/WTT: Mini Laptop ~DEAD POST~

I am needing a Mini laptop with the following:

~NO CD/DVD DRIVE (i know, i must be crazy to want a laptop without a disc drive)
~MINIMUM 80GB hard drive
~MINIMUM 2GB ram
~Windows XP

I'm willing to trade my current laptop to get this,my current laptop is a:

DV9000 series laptop, model dv9408nr

and currently has:

~Windows XP Home Edition
~NVIDIA Graphics Card
~Broadcom Wireless
~Upgraded to 2GB ram
~140GB hard drive
~additional keypad
~widescreen 16 or 17 inch screen
~AMD Turion64 x2 Mobile Technology
~ 4 USB ports

unless your looking at a laptop that retails for over a grand your not gonna find a sub 10" laptop that has those specs. I have a lifebook B2630 that i would love to sell tho! here are the specs

10.1" 1024x768 native touchscreen LCD
900mhz Pentium IIIm processor
256mb ram
20gb hdd, needs to be replaced, its about 50% corrupt but works still!
6 cell battery, it needs re-celled tho i think
has 3com Xjack wireless a/b/g card
it weighs under 3lbs and is about the same size as a 3 subject spiral bound notebook!

originally i was going to ask 275$ but because of the issue that cropped up wit the battery (it quit working

) i would take 240$ with the wifi card or 225$ without if you are interested!

the only subnotebook that fits all that is the msi wind. they have a 10" screen version with xp installed. has an 80gig hdd. comes with only 1gb built in ram, but is expandable to 2gb (which isn't too expensive). i just recently bought one. i love it.

it comes in 3 colors: white, black, and pink.

they run for around $550.

Sorry, but when exactly what I am looking for is set before me, I cannot help but take it.
