Just the PCB. I needed the case for another game that didn't have one (Primal Rage). So, naturally, I sacrificed a sports game.
I see this selling on eBay as low as $2, and as high as $10. But that's with a case/box/manual/all of the above, so I don't expect much (If anything, seeing as most of you will probably expect me to pay shipping). I don't have paypal, so... I dunno. I like stuff too. In fact, I value stuff over money. Just ask my fiancee; I have more stuff than I do money.
It DOES work, and will be shipped in a static bag. If no one wants this, it is destined to be turned into an acrylic paper weight someday.
