WTB: PSP Phat with CFW 3.71 M33

Looking to make this a gift for my nephew so the doesn't have to carry around all of his UMDs, but I don't know anything about doing it myself. If anyone has one they are willing to sell me that would be great. Or any other firmware that will support emulators. Looking to spend in the neighborhood of $100. Thanks

I have a psp slim with CFW 4.01 m33-2. Newest CFW. I've also got extras for it. send me a pm.
